Terms of Service

Commissions

  • Will draw: Fan-art, original characters, NSFW, humanoids, animals, creatures, landscapes and commercial.
  • Will NOT draw: Explicit gore, furry, complicated mecha, animations, realism, hateful/ offensive/ sensitive content. 
  • Visual references and written descriptions are required, especially for original characters.
  • All prices are as a GUIDE only and may not represent the final price of a particular commission.
  • Additional fees (such as transaction taxes, complex commissions or commercial art) will be added to the final price.  These are discussed and agreed upon between artist and client prior to the start of work. 
  • I maintain all rights and am allowed to distribute, reproduce and selfpromote the commission.
  • Updates are protected with watermark.
    I will share watermarked pictures until I have received the full payment. Few revisions can be made during the sketch stage. I will NOT make major adjustments once I start on the line-art and rendering.
  • My signature remains on the final product.  
  • Client may share/repost their commission with proper credits to the artist displayed.
  • Client may NOT trace/ copy/ edit/ redistribute/ profit/ claim the commissioned piece without my expressed written permission or as agreed upon in the commission prior to start of work.
  • DO NOT use any part of the commission or artwork from my portfolio for non-fungible tokens (NFT) and AI image generators. In addition, the use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrency, AI programs or future inventions of the subject is permanently prohibited from commissioning again in the future.
  • DO NOT use my art for AI training. 
  • Payment method: PayPal only 
    Prices are in EU currency and products for personal usage only.
  • I work with a 50/50 split payment.
    You pay 50% in advance for sketching and lineart. The other 50% is required to finalize your piece.
    You may pay 100% from start.
  • Transaction taxes are paid by the client. 
    The higher the price, the higher the taxes on the transaction.
    I use VAT 21% (after calculating all costs prior).
  • All invoices are due within 7 days, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling the commission associated with it.
  • Final product will not be shared until the agreed payment of 100% the amount has been received.
  • Do NOT file chargebacks under any circumstances. 
  • You will receive a full refund if I have not started working on your commission after you’ve paid and you want to cancel.
  • If I’m at the sketching stage and you want to cancel, you’ll receive 50% refund of the advanced payment + sketch version.
  • If I’m at the line-art stage and you want to cancel, you’ll receive 25% refund of the advanced payment + finished line-art version.
  • If I’m at the coloring / detailing stage and you want to cancel, you’ll receive no refund + artwork.
  • I have the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason (however, I will likely explain the reason for decline out of courtesy).
  • I have the right to stop working on a commission, or cancel a request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in English, or a breach of these Terms of Service. 
  • I complete the artworks in the order they are requested with full payment. General timeframe will be 4-6 weeks, though it may take longer if your request contains a complex artstyle.
  • I will, to the best of my ability, give a general indication of how long the commission will take to complete and when the client can expect to receive the finished product prior to the start of work.
  • I will reach out to the client regularly to share the progress and ask for input/adjustments.
  • If the client wishes to prioritize their project, they will be charged extra.
