Refund Policy
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is how my refund and return process works:
For Products
- Damaged or incorrect items: if your items arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order, with pictures of the damage. I will send you a replacement free of charge.
- Change of mind: due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, I will try to resolve any issue with your purchase, such as sending a replacement if the item is damaged.
- Return shipping: I generally don’t require you to return an item. If a return is necessary, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and I recommend using a trackable shipping service. Additionally, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and be in its original packaging.
For Commissions
Since commissions are more personal, I have my own set of rules for cancellations and refunds based on the progress of the artwork:
- Before Work Begins (After Payment):
You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your commission before I start working on it after payment.
- Sketch Stage:
If the commission is at the sketching stage and you wish to cancel, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the advanced payment and the sketch version.
- Line-Art Stage:
If the commission is at the line-art stage, and you decide to cancel, you’ll receive a 25% refund of the advanced payment along with the finished line-art version.
- Coloring / Detailing Stage:
If the commission is at the coloring or detailing stage, no refund will be issued, but you will receive the artwork from when I cut off working on it.
Refunds will be issued via PayPal (or the method of payment you used).
Once a refund is processed, it may take a few days to appear in your account. If there are any issues, please contact me.
